Sierra is Vice President and Partner of Focus Commercial Group and has been with the company since 2003. She actively evaluates, manages, and scales startups and emerging small businesses in the company’s private investment portfolio. She is heavily involved in the financial health of each company creating policies, procedures, and financial controls. In addition, Sierra helps guide the companies and their team through the ups and downs of the growth cycle.
