Darrin Badger is the President of Focus Commercial Group, a real estate centered brokerage and investment firm founded in 1990. Mr. Badger is one of the founding members of Focus Property Group. Under his guidance, Focus Property Group established itself a national top ten master planned community developer with assets in excess of $2 billion in value.

As a key strategist for the company, he is adept at identifying and qualifying future acquisition and investment opportunities. Mr. Badger has comprehensive knowledge of real estate investment, finance, planning and engineering. He currently owns and develops real estate assets including multifamily, industrial, assisted living and other real estate-based ventures.

Recently, Mr. Badger has focused on identifying, funding, and managing new businesses in emerging industries centered on disruptive technology, paradigm shifts and innovation.

Vice President

Sierra is Vice President and Partner of Focus Commercial Group and has been with the company since 2003. She actively evaluates, manages, and scales startups and emerging small businesses in the company’s private investment portfolio. She is heavily involved in the financial health of each company creating policies, procedures, and financial controls. In addition, Sierra helps guide the companies and their team through the ups and downs of the growth cycle. She believes that an investment is a partnership and enjoys working with extraordinary founders and team members on the entrepreneurial journey.

Managing Director

Mr. Allgood is the founder and managing director of Crimson Investment Group since its inception in 2005. Crimson Investment Group and its sister companies have business interest both in the U.S. and Asia.

Prior to Crimson, Mr. Allgood was President and CEO of Money First Financial Services from 19952005 and Citi from 1990-1995.

Mr. Allgood has a diverse business background starting with the corporate finance and mortgage securitiztion and then evolved into international trade. For the previous 10 years, Mr. Allgood has devoted his time to international business interest and divided his time between Las Vegas and S.E. Asia.
