This is an example of a Focus project in which the company assembles and entitles a parcel for a national retail developer. The land for the Target Center project was owned by Focus investors and joint ventured with a regional retail developer to design, build and lease the project.

Local market knowledge and a depth of contacts enables Focus to perform the up-front functions on a project such as this more effectively and cost-efficiently than an entity from outside the market can.
